it might be naive but given the potential of IMU's burgeoning pipeline, if this is indeed a play for a takeover then all this posturing, manipulation and accumulation tactics may well lower the first (opening) bid... but given a few quality posters here have already flagged several BP players and potential buyers in the medium term, we may well end up in a bidding war anyway, and still achieve a handsome result for all shareholders? Hard to imagine any of them letting a potentially valuable commodity land in a competitor's portfolio cheaply.
In saying that, the sentimental LT holder in me would like to see LC & PH take this one all the way through to the patient's bedside, and the history books.
