In regards to naming the banking and infrastructure groups i can't see howit would be a betrayal of trust when it's from your own research and they've not commented on it. That said, without any direct or unambiguous confirmation from Don I'm not sure I'd gain anything from knowing anyway.

I find the suggestion that the Cameroon Govt might not take up their additional 15% entitlement quite interesting. As far as I understand it they do not need to come up with the money until the project is pretty much assured (otherwise we could pass the hat to them now and avoind the capital raising) and the amount they will be asked for will be piddling compared to the worth of what they will be getting for their money (millions to get billions) so I can't see why they wouldn;t want in. Agreed it would be much better if they didn't want it.
