If there was to be a T/O then Vanguard are set & ready. As we have discussed previously, & thanks to the posters noting Vanguard are increasing their stake in IMU, there is maybe part of your answer to SP & flushing retail holders down the toilet that fall for this stuff, we have seen it before, but I believe this time it’s a little different.
Vanguard & BlackRock are major SH in Tier 1 BP with a large interest in Oncology: Merck, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, building a substantial holding now In IMU makes sense doesn’t it?
Blocking stakes, Votes on T/O offers…we really don’t know, but the voting out of AH was the first clue something was going down behind the scenes & believe that we are seeing small snippets of evidence that IMU are a major T/O target.
In one month, since 7/12/21 we have had 8 very positive ANNs & no wonder SH are scratching their heads in frustration, but look at the bigger picture & understand potentially why (SP) & use it to your advantage if you so wish to.
1. Update on CheckVacc Oncolytic Viral Therapy
2. FDA IND Approval for Oncolytic Viral Therapy Vaxxinia.
3. FDA Approval for HER-VAXX Ph2 combo with KEYTRUDA or Chemo (2nd Ph2 announced with ICI, one to go).
4. Patent Allowed in China - HER-VAXX, largest global gastric ca market, KEYTRUDA recently approved for gastric cancer treatment in China.
5. Addition to senior management team - industry leaders ex Genetech.
6. Completion of PD1-Vaxx Monotherapy in NSCLC. Moving into the next phase of combination therapy with Tecentriq (atezolizumab).
7. South Korea patent for HER-VAXX granted.
8. $6.5 million R&D rebate…it all counts, but one thing IMU are not short of is cash, >$100 million.
Makes sense? Maybe.
