Im out because the W.A. Govt acknowledge that VMY has fulfilled the 5 year permit substantial commencement works requirements.
TOE has not, and i think the W.A. Govt will assess TOE substantial commencement works, but also TOE funds in hand, Market Cap and the board ability to move the project forward,.. failure on all counts..
Maybe Govt will extended the permit but lots of good reason why not too.
