if from 100,000 covid cases , 4 kids get hospitalised
or
from 100,000 child covid cases 4 get hospitalised.
or
from every 100,000 children in the USA , 4 get hospitalised with covid.

So this article could be a complete BS. Just depends on what they mean. But they dont say
