If you believe monthly flows are dependent in then why don't you use the MGOC outflows for Oct and Nov, as well as Dec.and average them? The MGOC underperformance has been evident for some time. If you also believe that monthly flows are dependent, then it doesn't make sense in the next breadth to say "
