Oversubscribed looks to have meant that they allocated everything up to 20k and then had a good look at who was still holding their 4 sept shares and gave precedence to them by the looks.....correct me if I'm wrong.
I would have thought some sort of preference would be given to holders still holding thru to the SPP closing date....IYKWIM. At least that's the way I read between the lines in the prospectus as it was left open that bit....
Another so so day for ELD on the boards...the stags are having their run then it will be down to some serious business and get this company back to profits.
