Hey @DaveFisher
IHL-42x actually doesn't contain any CBD. Dronabinol is synthetic THC, and is combined with acetazolamide in IHL-42x.
Dronabinol has been established to work in reducing OSA, and in typical fashion, Incannex's approach has been to combine two compounds for a synergistic effect, allowing for the reduction of how much Dronabinol is required to obtain the desired result, which in turn minimizes concerns of intoxication and impairment for operating machinery and vehicles. You'll see an analogous approach with IHL-675a, where the CBD and hydroxychloroquine work in synergy to yield strong anti-inflammatory action that is greater than would be expected if adding together the effects observed when the compounds are used separately, and should allow for the significant reduction in how much hydroxychloroquine is used to obtain the desired relief, greatly minimizing associated side-effects, and hopefully not introducing significant new ones.
Exciting times ahead!
All the best.
