Excellent post mate. Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons. I wonder how well our patent will hold up since challenges are starting over patenting of psilocybin. I know we are patenting the drug plus the therapy sessions but is that a strong or weak patent I wonder. Can you preclude others from copying our type of therapy sessions? What's the precedence for someone holding a unique therapy session or can it be easily copied with little chance of repercussions to the abuser of the patent? Anyone with knowledge of patents?
