@moondoong; here's an update for you from inside one of Melbourne's largest public hospital's Covid ward:
. Younger health care professionals are being fast-tracked into Covid wards - retrained on the job. . Up to 20% of health care professionals have either been stood down or have taken sick leave for matter ranging from exposure via a close contact through to burnout and mental health issues. . Covid patients at most in need of being placed on ventilators have one or more of the following: diabetes, comorbidities, immune compromised, morbidly obese. A disturbing number of them are young people and those who have not been vaccinated. . ICU patients need to be rolled from time to time - it takes up to eight staff to safely do so with morbidly obese patients.
The likes of Morrison and Perrottet have demonstrated a complete lack of insight into what they've demanded of health care professionals. That lack of insight is now the lens health care professionals view them through.
