development cost of $150k was put this qrtr!!

this is VERY VERY INTERESTING:

* In the Quarterly issued 30/04/2009:

- Estimated cash outflow for next quarter: $0 for Development. (Page 12)

* In the Quarterly issued 16/07/2009:

- Estimated cash outflow for next quarter: $0 for Development. (Page 11)

* In the RECENT Quarterly issued 29/10/2009:

- Estimated cash outflow for next quarter: $150,000 for Development. (Page 11)

Therefore, it means that management have predicted a spending of $150k of DEVELOPMENTS in the CURRENT QUARTER, which means actual INITIATION OF SOME PROJECT WITHIN THE CURRENT QUARTER!!!!!!!

Not only that I think we have a winner, I think we are a bargain at these price levels!!!
