400+ k for a non exec director of a company that does nothing is a joke. He isn’t even managing the day to day running of the business. That’s the CEO’s job. He just needs to attend a few meetings a year. If this was a cash flow positive or a revenue generating company or one that was hitting targets towards striking big then it may have been justified but this is a joke. His income is a slap in the face to everyone who has lost money on this company.
