    Yeah, i was aware of that, but didn't know how far it went back. Certainly seems like their were numerous attempts to stiff a large portion of shareholders out of it.

    I think what's interesting in all this "dirty history", Mitsui still entered into an agreement to (at their option) give us $60M of debt funding, along with 5.4M for the BFS.

    Hard to fathom when they would have known all the in fighting was occuring. To me it can only speak to the quality of the resource.. Now that control/ownership of this resource is straight forward.. i.e HIO has 95% - I can only see the likes of Mitsui, Kobe Steel, Bahrain Steel having a bit more gusto this time around.

    Also, a bit off topic but your post motivated me to look a bit more into the Braemar Iron Formation, the specific comment around the softer host rock. Interesting stuff.
