Odd way to look at it imo...You buy 100,000 at 11.5c on market and you have 100,000 shares at a cost of $11,500...
You buy 100,000 at 10c in the SPP and you have 100,000 shares at a cost of $10,000... But you also get 50,000 options thrown in for free. If the options were listed on market today, I'd put them in the 2-4c range. Puts the price of the raise more around the 8-9c mark imo... Which is why I've taken a bunch in the soph raise and will bid the maximum in the SPP as well.
