If CBD are so certain of the validity of their case why are they not just appealing the 2021 environmental assessment and requesting a stay?.
BLM have a statement on their website that mentions reviews of past NEPA decisions but how recent that is I am unsure, certainly nothing mention about Alaska, BLM Alaska Website references AWNR but that is a known ongoing.
