Well Nicole, I don't really know.
First thought would be that someone with a lot of shares is trying to offload them.
Second would be that LEI are selling some to soak up the buy orders to stop price rising so they position themselves for a future takeover now that they are not prevented by the MOU. I would like to know if LEI's % of ownership has changed but not sure how to find this or how often this would get disclosed.
