Premium was 20+% at 30 Sep 2021 before the capital raising in October. The premium has now melted to 5%. I used the Bell Potter quarterly report instead of the latest RF1 monthly report. Lazy me.
But there is still a case for Regal to proceed with scrip swap but not as strong or maybe not at NTA. Would current VG1/VG8 SH accept a swap at a 5% discount? I know I would.
