ADR will be 4 times the price of ASX share as it represents 4 ASX shares, ie: you are buying 4 NVX ASX shares.
So assuming NVX: ASX is $10AUD, you would pay $40AUD for a single ADR on NASDAQ.
Given NASDAQ is a US market you would make the payment in USD (but still equal to $40 AUD) which would currently be $28.8 USD ($40 AUD X 0.72).
