REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Critical Resources Limited (ASX:CRR) (“the Company” requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding results from its New South Wales drilling program.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in connection with this request:
(a) The Company is seeking a trading halt and anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of a release of an announcement regarding results from its New South Wales drilling program, and the commencement of normal trading on 12 January 2022;
(b) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
(c) The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt
