Could be...but typically such a large holder would not put up a wall like that. It serves as a disincentive for buyers to see such a large parcel, so under normal circumstances, they would drop parcels in at a price so as to not spook the market. Nope. That wall was put up to attract all the .13 shares we see there this morning. Could today be the day?
