Very interesting...As i said I only came across this other case by accident and have'nt looked at it in any way....But believe it is in court at present for 4 weeks.....But it would appear that Barnes is the architect of this other one...grimaldi not mentioned.......Maybe (if true and Roberts was inoncent that Grimaldi was an inoncent in MMX case too...)...I would imagine that more than a healthy percentage of Australia tries to minimise their tax and quite a few not pay on time....Does'nt follow that you are naturally involved in all sorts of other scams....Fail to see the correlation of Grim not paying his taxes on time has anything to do with MMX case...... "Sorry saga of what was done to it"...Chm was a worthless company in 2003...had no money and had no right to be listed on asx...if in fact Barnes had'nt have pulled this shonky (in order to appear to have $3 mill)it could'nt have even been a listed company.....So it basically had nothing....Hard to steal something from an entity that actually doesnt have anything...And remains the case to day...still has nothing going for it....except a "Huge" windfall of 1.2 million MMX shares that it won in a settlement where they maintained their belief to shareholders, that the claim was worth between 150 - 250 million...And your management called that a "Success"....You gotta feel a bit shafted surely....And the major shafting is still to come!!!
