AQD have a number of JVs with S32 both in Australia and South America. Hamilton is just one of the areas being investigated. The arrangement for S32 is valuable as they do not need to have as many full time expert employees working of exploration as some of the work is basically contracted out to AQD. The arrangement for AQD is good as they get funds from S32 to pay the bill without them needing to go to market for CRs. AQD have other projects that do not come under the S32 JVs. I am a share holder of both S32 & AQD however very much more invested in S32.
