    if the short-term debt requirement was satisfied, this could be a whole new ball game.

    If we were able to buy time even 3-6months, shareholders would not be shafted in the manner proposed by the BAM recap.

    Besides which, the banks need to start lending again to maintain their healthy, mega profits.
