Considering the sp was about 10.56 prior to the announcement of the purchase of the Mobile stations, I would have to say the sp has now factored in the bad news, notwithstanding there may be a further initial drop if bad news is released, I would say current sp is where things will settle. If the sale is allowed to proceed I wouldn't be surprised to see the sp back over 12.00 rather quickly.
