The inaugural Australasian Life Science Investment Summit will attract national and international investors, comprising angel investors, venture capitalists, fund managers, investment bankers and representatives of superannuation funds. It will also attract the venture capital arms of the major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies from Australia, the Asia Pacific region, North America and Europe.

One of AusBiotech’s priorities is to stimulate and support investment in Australia’s biotechnology innovation. One of the most effective ways to achieve this is to develop and manage independent investor meetings that ensure access for the Australian industry to global life science investors, a task even more important in these times of economic duress.
