By the looks of it, SBM paid $730m for Atlantic Gold in Nova Scotia, Canada.
According to SBM’s website, they have 1.7m oz in reserve.
SBM has just bid for BDC with a 1m oz reserve and will likely secure the company at a MC of $125-130m.
Can someone please tell me what else Nova Scotia has or whether SBM’s SP has dropped like a knife for years due to consistently appalling decisions by management. There has to be more to the Nova Scotia story.

SBM’s a sinking ship at the moment. I’m unsure whether I or any prospective investors would want to become a holder of this stock with a forever falling SP.
