glyny, i sense an attack of the panics in your posts here and on the other thread. fabulous detective work but it counts for nought as this case you've dug up has no relevence to the chm/mmx case. as gardie pointed out this has been public knowledge for some months so don't you think your team of very expensive silks and lawyers and their amnesia suffering boss would have introduced this as evidence if it had any connection to the case. so all your theories, innuendos, wild accusations and ifs and buts count for nothing. you'll have to scrounge around again to try and pick up some fresh dirt. maybe cranny's research department can come up with something. ps:if you see cransy you might tell him i bought more chm to-day!!
