I guess that depends on your time horizon Matt. For me, I'm looking out 10 years and I see the case as compelling. Have a look at Qualcomm growth over the last 30 years. I think it's a reasonable comparison because they developed new tech, built a patent moat and then secured engineering standards around that before addressing the market as it evolved. However everyone's assessment will vary. I don't think your decision to hold off was necessarily a bad one, you could view the news since then as risk reduction.
