At risk of being sent on a @cash hound late avro tip run, could the off take arrangement be a case of LTR simply announcing they have entered into discussion with the view of progressing to a formal off take agreement?
We know LTR management are professionals so this could be their way of being diligent and ensuring both parties’ interests are aligned.
