For the 10k op, the projection is USD141m off the top of my head. 2 years' profit could cover it but it all depends on the deal. I'm sure JZ could get upfront prepayment for the total if he threw if enough equity, but he's going for something that will be reliable, stable and beneficial to everyone involved. The reality is that he'll probably throw in some equity as good faith and to allow the partner to vote, and I'm sure he'll get a good deal in the process.

Today was less meteoric than I expected when I bought on open but showing signs of strength. The volume wasn't massive but 10m a days for most of the last 2 weeks is steady churn. The next 20 or 30m will go berzerk.
