And its as true 2000 years ago as it is today.
We just live in such a small point in time, yet we relate everything to our own personal living experience (which is such a small point in time), and we draw from others personal experience (which is also such a small point in time).
ETF's have their place, but don't confuse recent experience of ETF's to being 'correct'.
