not fair not fair

As i have recently brought into Enerji's idea and concept, Plus having dealt with them direct regarding supply of R134a for the Heat exchanger tech they will use here in australia, I have read the Report on the general meeting and was very dissapointed to see the independent analysis.

The recommendations from Stanton were that the valuations of the shares are only 1 cent which is funny because the share price must be well inflatted being at 19.5 cents right now, Stantons mentions that the aggreement to pretty much pay Pennefather one of the directores a lot of money to buy the rights to the Cogen tech is fair to him however stanton mentions twice that a lot of Enerjis activiies are not fair to the investor who holds ordinary non discounted shares. Finally they do not believe that Enerji will be cash positive within the next 24 months and will need to raise atleats $6.5 million just to keep there dream alive of selling this tech in Australia.

Where are they going to get this money from they have nothing substantially regarding new positive cash flows in the pipeline.
