I understand JAL have submitted parts of the EA for preliminary review and working with regulators for feedback over Jan in order to minimize the actual EA process – this pre-screening hopefully insures we are correct from the get go. 1 comment was that regulators for BC are familiar with coal operations in the Elk Valley and positive to get the licensing issues correct v Alberta that is more about not having coal at all….until EA is approved we cannot be sure that our little project gets up, although I think we are a good chance. Fingers crossed its been a long road
