I agree 25 tests isn't enough for one customer, even for a trial, but could you do me a favour and look back at the video. The height of the shelf they are sitting on is about the same as the height of a Eugeni box. The box might be the be the height of a ream or 2 of A4 paper, but certainly not a whole box of paper.
I would expect that those cartons of 25 would be packed into transport boxes - like you see in supermarkets - (my guess would be big plain brown type ones as there's no need to add to manufacturing costs on doubling the glossy printed boxes.)
