Correct me if I’m wrong, but the announcement is for an agreed term sheet for an offtake not the finalised agreement itself. This term sheet falls away when the parties execute that agreement or by 31 March 22 (unless extended by the parties). So if the parties don’t finalise the agreement/documents by the “sunset” date and it’s not extended this agreement is terminated and there is no offtake partner?
