In all seriousness, if Citi's price target on PLS is $3.60 and at posting we're currently at $3.62, wouldn't that be a sell recc? They honestly have no other shares they could recommend that could do better than losing $2c - therefore the hold recc?
Vast majority of analysts are a bunch of flogs, and if they were on fire I wouldn't urinate on them.
On another note, reckon we'll see in a few weeks that Citi upped their holding?
