Poor choice IMO, it is not fully submersable and will just get in the way, higher maintenance, power cables, NO desalinated water, the list goes on. The big thing here is that the goverment has chosen a foreign company over an Australian one. I will be voting Liberal come the next election and I do hope they bring up this fact in parliament at some point.
