I wouldn't bother arguing with them. The Doc's so-called point is clearly designed to to mislead. This was a 3-arm study -- Rex, Rex+Ha, saline, just look at SI's graph in the Botech Showcase (p.24) comparing all three arms right through to 36 months. Ha is not standard of care, it would not make sense at this stage to do a head-to-head study of Rex vs Ha, or Rex vs steroids ... or Rex vs (your favourite) for that matter ... CLBP is a difficult area to say the least. The aim at the present time is to establish efficacy (and safety).
