Nothing to get too excited about yet. This exact trading pattern played out at the end of last year as well. From 15c to 18.5c then back to 16c. Really needs to close above 21c before I'll believe something is happening. The action today was the result of movement in the sector and the technicals triggered a trading opportunity. All in my opinion.
