Qld Health Minister brought it to attention that 50% of the RATs ordered by Feds were POC without connectivity - so its old school paperwork that has to be completed while the person (and everyone else) waits. This means the Testing Queues slow down - not become more Rapid. Though those that get there early will get their results sooner. Without more staffing less folk will be able to be tested.

However, those charged with ordering the RATs can say they sourced and supplied "enough".

Gee! Not a good look, but if only the TGA were seen to be even handed at least AnteoTech and the general public (voters) could consider it was a valient attempt in hard times. Rather than a ready solution overlooked.
