Dilution is not the issue for the reasons outlined in my previous post. With this type of biotech speculative stock its the fickle market that decides the price at any given time. The market knows there is potential dilution to the limit of that covered by the spp but that needs to be weighed up against the positive of being financially secure versus the negative of dilution. Its a twofold thing and the market will ultimately decide. There is no formula that will predict the dilution impact.
