It is important to note the impact of relevant shareholding thresholds being attained and how this might then inform ADN’s stance.
For example, at the 75% shareholding threshold ADN would have the powerful ability unilaterally to pass Special Resolutions in relation to MEP which can include, for instance, amendment of the constitution; selective share buy-backs; removing the company from the Official List of the ASX; etc:

Alternatively, if it becomes clear there is at least 75% support for the takeover ADN may opt to proceed with a Scheme of Arrangement to effect the 100% takeover of MEP instead (with 75% being the shareholder approval threshold for this process).
