I think what you need to do is go and read a few patent breach law suits. If your claimed invention is based on someone else’s patented idea you have to pay them royalties in the form of damages.
Mercedes is not going to admit to breaching Brainchip AKIDA technology patents. They are using AKIDA so as politely as I can put it you are worrying about absolutely nothing.
Mercedes is using Brainchip AKIDA technology end of story and if not they have publicly stated they are breaching Brainchip’s patents which is a ridiculous idea.
