The key point here is that PTR has a tiny enterprise value at the moment, and I don't think the wider market yet realizes the significance of this.
PTR is rapidly catching up to GDY on proving its technology and resource, yet its enterprise value is still only a small fraction of GDY's.
Assuming no technical setbacks, my understanding is that PTR is planing to begin to build its 30MW plant at the end of next year, whereas GDY is planning for 2013.
I'm happy to hold both stocks, but I think PTR has substantially more upside over the short term. Indeed, I don't think it will be too long before the market attributes a similar enterprise value to both stocks.
