Ann: Government Grant Update , page-12

While I haven't seen the detail of the applications, I know the Carnegie project very well having given them a grant when I was the Minister for ITR. I was very surprised they missed out especially as their technology is applicable for 5 of our capital cities (Brisbane and Darwin are the exceptions) and that the are about to begin a project to supply electricity ti the Cockatoo Island Naval Base in WA
