I'd take a brownfields over a greenfields project any day - if looking to start production ASAP. Much shorter timeframes with factors of politics, environmental and social impact assessment, infrastructure, labour supply, etc etc etc.
The potential for a quick start up does need more emphasis with this stock, it is way undervalued in that consideration.
