    Alternatively PEPR Ann etc. drops......and then binding offtake, and then finance and well .24c looks cheap, I would think RNU is close to another Ann, Id take a position now if I did not have one...maybe not purchase the whole lot and perhaps average down if does head that way....you have hedged your bets that way.
