Dumping ?
Makes it sound sinister when as you say all he was doing was taking some money off the table to fund his existence.
He would have been promoting the stock as an employee, what he gets paid for.
Its legal to sell shares as a director or employee so long as its done within the restricted times for those close to the company.
I dont have a problem with it at all.
