If you think they're cheap then in theory you've answered your own question and should buy.
If you feel you should wait until they work out what they are doing, I would assume you think the stock could see a further price decrease.
Name of the game is making your own decisions. It's easy to live and learn from one's own errors knowing they've at least had a go. The other side of the coin is, success is more rewarding when one acts on their own sound judgement.
My only advice is to be very careful with whatever you decide and I hope for your financial wellbeing, your maths eclipses your grammar.
