With Mercedes using the Akida chip in their EV prototype, I have been thinking about potential applications in the F1 environment.
With so much telemetry being observed throughout a race (I'm of the understanding that F1 cars run over 1000 parameters concurrently), surely it gets to a point where a self learning/diagnostic system would be preferable when trying to squeeze out that extra tenth of a second.
Imagine seeing Brainchip logo on the side of a Merc F1 car. hehe
